What impressed us was that these 15 & 12 year old units were still working this year (and we live beachside). We decided to replace the older unit and were happy that Cunningham was competitive with our other 3 bids, plus there was a special that included an upgraded Carrier unit for the same price. Another plus was that Mike Peron was still working there, and as in 2009 & 2012 he made sure we were comparing apples with apples. He also made sure we got a unit that would qualify for the $2000 tax credit - something our other bids did not do. The unit was installed within a week and the installers were excellent. When the 12 year old unit goes, we will definitely call Mike and  Cunningham! Thanks, Mike.
